| I am generally healthy. In 2005 I enrolled in a study of exercise and pre-metabolic syndrome; my HDL is 39, LDL is 128, total cholesterol is 202; triglycerides are 175. I have experienced recurrent bouts of depression and anxiety for the last several years and recently began taking SSRIs. Hallelujah! |
