No serious or genetic conditions. Tonsils removed age 6. Hemangiomas in various places, the largest one removed surgically at age 20. Two ocular migraines, age 8 and mid-20s. Severe case of salmonella poisoning in college, food poisoning in Taiwan, Russia and India over the years. Presbyopia (glasses at age, contacts at age 16 and ever since). Eye floaters at age 38. Tension headaches in early 20s (until I found a job I liked). Intermittent upper back back pain since 40s (too much typing, lugging luggage, stress). Colonoscopy and one flat polyp (lesion) removed, summer of 2004, clean colonoscopy summer of 2008. Saw a shrink for a specific, external emotional problem for most of 2004. Travel constantly, overseas a lot, started taking Ambien for some overnight flights a few years ago.

HOWEVER -

I rarely get sick and have never missed a day of work for illness (though I have had the flu from time to time, plus episodes of food poisoning as noted). I swim an hour a day (can do 400 meters in 7.5 minutes). I try to sleep at least 7 hours/night.
